Saudi’s NHC Launches Two Residential Projects in Jeddah
National Housing Company (NHC) announced the launch of two new residential projects, Med Sadeem and Khayal Hostel, implemented under its public-private-partnership (PPP) projects scheme.
Med Sadeem will span over 136,899sqm in the Sadayem suburb of the Saudi port city, featuring 445 residential units.The units will be a mix of villas and townhouses, with sizes ranging 299 to 332 sqm.The project will be developed in partnership with Thabat Al Maskan Real Estate Company.
The second project, Khayal Hostel, is built on an area of 54,131sqm in the Khayal suburb and will feature 312 apartments. The project will be developed in partnership with Faisal Abdullah bin Saedan Company.
