‘Genista Zayed’, Al Amaken’s Second Project in Sheikh Zayed

Al Amaken Developments announced the launch of its second project in Sheikh Zayed, Genista Zayed. 

Located in the heart of Zayed next to Al Ahly Club, Genista Zayed will span 5 feddans. The project will feature various residential unit sizes and a commercial area. 

Essam Farghaly, Chairman of Al Amaken Development, stated the company’s aim to strengthen its presence in Sheikh Zayed after their successful launch of ‘Genista New Zayed’ in 2023. The project has already achieved 60% completion.
