Samana Launches $197 Million Smart Tower in Dubai
Samana Developers announced the launch of its 12th project, Samana Barari Views, located in Al Barari, one of Dubai’s greenest communities.
Situated between Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Highway and Al Khail Expressway, the project comprises 27 storeys with a total floor area of 800,961 square feet. The project is the largest in Samana, with 699 apartments, and the first to be completely furnished with smart-home technology.
The project is set to be delivered in the first quarter of 2027 with starting prices of AED 749,000. Some of the features included are a health club, indoor and outdoor gyms, gated parking lots and a VR golf facility.
