Palm Hills Signs Hotel Deal With Marriott International
Palm Hills Development Company has joined together with Marriott International for the development of a new hotel, Ritz-Carlton, Palm Hills, in West Cairo.
The hotel is expected to open in 2027 at a cost of around EGP 4 billion, which will comprise 150 guest rooms and 50 serviced apartments. The hotel will also feature five dining destinations, fitness center, pool, and spa. The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Hills will be located within a 20 minute drive to the Great Pyramids of Giza and The Grand Egyptian Museum.
