Mekky Developments Introduces Vio Mall in New Cairo 

Mekky Developments launched its newest administrative commercial project, Vio Mall, in the Banafseg Buildings area in New Cairo. 

The project is being built on 1,012sqm comprising administrative and commercial buildings, featuring a ground and two additional floors. 

Chairman of Mekky Developments, Ahmed Mekky, highlighted that Vio Mall will offer various unit sizes, ranging from 30sqm to 120sqm, with starting prices of EGP 55,000 for administrative units and EGP 120,000 for commercial units. He also added that the project will be delivered by the end of June 2026. 

The company also announced a partnership with Incomercial Real Estate Leasing & Investment, which will manage the commercial units within Vio Mall. 

The project is set to cater all customers’ needs with a high quality administrative and commercial hub as well as a flexible payment plan. The project’s downpayment is 20% with payment plans for up to 72 months
