Majid Al Futtaim Launches Plagette 32, A New Waterfront Project in Dubai

Majid Al Futtaim announced the launch of Plagette 32, a waterfront residential neighborhood featuring bungalows and villas located within Tilal Al Ghaf in Dubai. 

The project will feature 28 townhome Club Villas and four water bungalows, decorated by Bergman Design House. The water bungalows will consist of four bedrooms, designed as resort villas, living areas and private gardens.

The club villas are designed with up to five bedrooms spanning three floors. The villas feature a skylight double volume ceiling and option to tailor additional rooms. All Plagette 32 owners will also be granted lifetime membership to the exclusive Beach Club.
