BANQUE MISR and CIB Grant Loan to ORASCOM Developments Worth 6 Billion

Banque Misr and Commercial International Bank (CIB) granted a joint loan to Orascom Developments to finance their project “Owest”. 

EFG Hermes announced completion of their advisory services regarding the loan, noting that it is acting as the sole financial advisor and manager of Orascom Properties. 

1.5 billion will be allocated to refinance the loan obtained last year for the project.
