Roya Developments to Launch a 43-acre Commercial Masterpiece in East Cairo

Roya Developments plans to launch The Big Business District, a mixed use development hub in East Cairo.

Set in a distinctive location in the heart of New Cairo, The Business district offers a variety of office spaces to accommodate different needs; as well as customized office spaces and buildings. The project possesses unique features, such as an advantageous location on the Ring Road, various mixed-use spaces and extensive greenery. 

The Big Business District will encompass retail, hospitality, administrative and clinic spaces.

Cluster one; the first phase is developed to feature diverse office spaces with a unique location overlooking the highway, making it easily accessible from the Ring Road. All the phase’s buildings will be connected to the rest of the complex via a series of piazzas and service roads.
