Ellington, DMCC Launch Luxury Residential Project in Dubai

Ellington Properties has partnered with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) to launch a luxury residential project, Mercer House, in Uptown Dubai.

Following the success of UH by Ellignton, Mercer House marks another chapter in the collaboration with DMCC. Mercer House is considered to be the tallest residential development by Ellington to date.

The project will comprise of two residential towers set atop a podium, offering units ranging in size from studios to four-bedroom penthouses. It also features a 45,000sqft beach club and 25,000sqft of retail options on the ground and podium floors.
