Misr Italia Launches its Latest Commercial Project in NAC
Misr Italia Properties announced its latest commercial and administrative project, Radical-1, with a total investment of EGP 6 bn in the New Administrative Capital. The project spans over 17 acres within IL BOSCO, at the heart of Mohamed Bin Zayed Street.
The project encompasses 19 buildings accessible through two main entrances. Radical-1 offers indoor and outdoor office spaces, boutique offices, clinics and retail spaces. The units feature glass facades and curtain walls to reduce energy consumption and maximize natural lighting.
