Al Habtoor Launches Luxury Residences and Sky Villas in Dubai 

Al Habtoor announced the launch of Ultra Residences & Sky Villas at Al Habtoor Tower. The construction will be completed within 36 months with China Railway 18th Bureau Group as the main contractor for the project. 

Located over 300m high, the villas feature high terraced gardens, private resident pools, energy efficient glass windows and 360-degree panoramic views of Dubai. The tower spans an area of around 327,000sqm with 81 floors.
